Job Summary:
Ivy Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse at Ivy Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, utilizing your expertise and experience to ensure optimal outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates knowledge and appropriate use of the Company Infection Control Manual.
- Understands, participates, and assists in implementing the Quality Improvement Program.
- Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
- Notifies other Departments of patient changes, i.e., room changes, LOA, new admits, discharge, etc.
- Conducts family and patient education.
- Currently licensed as RN in the state
- One-year prior nursing management experience preferred
