Key Responsibilities
1, Procurement & Negotiation
- Lead and oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including bidding inquiries, quotation evaluation, commercial negotiations, and purchase order (PO) issuance.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and ensure achievement of cost-saving targets in VM and IT categories.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approval matrices, and internal controls.
- Supervise new vendor evaluations and manage the New Supplier Selection process in alignment with procurement governance requirements.
- Oversee supplier performance, risk, and sustainability compliance through EcoVadis vendor management.
- Lead supplier issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen vendor partnerships.
- Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Act as the key procurement liaison for internal stakeholders, including Brand/VM, IT, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Provide procurement guidance, coordination, and support on IP category–related initiatives.
- Support team capability development by sharing best practices, coaching junior team members, and improving procurement processes.
- Leadership in Negotiation: Demonstrates strong negotiation leadership, driving sourcing strategies and guiding discussions to consistently achieve cost‑saving targets.
- Governance & Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy, compliance, and robustness in contract management, purchase orders (POs), and supplier data through disciplined oversight.
- Stakeholder Leadership & Influence: Effectively leads cross‑functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business priorities.
