About Our ClientOur client is one of the fastest growing GovTech companies in the country, recently doubling in size to 15 employees and working directly with state and federal agencies on cutting edge blockchain and data intelligence solutions. This is a newly created role that will serve as the technical backbone of the organization, working directly with the founders and overseeing the current engineering team. MUST HAVE HANDS ON BLOCKCHAIN ARCHITECTURE EXPERIENCEMUST HAVE WEB2/WEB3 HYBRID SPECIALIZATIONIDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE LOCATED IN TRI-STATE AREAResponsibilities Design, build, and maintain blockchain infrastructure and solutions tailored to the operational and compliance

requirements

of government agencies Architect hybrid Web2/Web3 solutions that bridge traditional government IT infrastructure with blockchain-based data integrity and compliance layers Serve as the primary technical lead and subject matter expert on all things blockchain, distributed ledger, and data integrity Oversee and mentor the current engineer, serving as the senior technical voice on the team Partner directly with founders to shape the technical roadmap and align platform capabilities with client needs Work closely with the sales team to support technical demos, RFP responses, and solution scoping for law enforcement, homeland security, and AG office clients Evaluate and recommend blockchain frameworks, protocols, and third party integrations Ensure solutions meet the security, compliance, and performance standards required by government procurement and agency stakeholders Represent the company at government and industry events as a technical thought leader

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of hands on experience designing and deploying blockchain solutions in enterprise or government environments Deep knowledge of blockchain frameworks including Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, or similar

• Must have: Web2/Web3 hybrid specialization, hands-on experience building systems that integrate traditional web infrastructure (databases, APIs, cloud services) with blockchain and distributed ledger components Experience building solutions for law enforcement, national security, or government agencies strongly preferred Background in smart contracts, distributed ledger technology, tokenization, and cryptographic protocols Comfortable operating in a fast moving startup environment and working directly with founders Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical government stakeholders
