Quantitative Trader – Crypto Market MakingWe’re working with a leading digital-assets trading firm that is looking to hire a talented Quantitative Trader to join its growing market-making team. This is a highly hands-on, PnL-focused role where you’ll take ownership of live crypto market-making strategies, optimize pricing, spreads, sizing, hedging and execution, and research and deploy new systematic strategies across global venues. What we’re looking for: Quantitative Trader / Quant Researcher with crypto, HFT or market-making experience Strong quantitative and statistical skills Excellent Python skills Experience with market microstructure, pricing, execution and risk C++ / Rust, DeFi, on-chain execution or cross-exchange trading is a strong plus Strong interest in markets and a genuine trading mindset Location: London / Dubai / New York | HybridYou’ll have direct exposure to live trading and PnL, with the opportunity to take strategies from research and backtesting through to production and execution.
