Position: Kubernetes Task Auditor
Type:Contract
Compensation:$70–$90/hour
Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate the quality and correctness of Kubernetes tasks for training and evaluating AI models.
- Assess cluster-operations scenarios and manifest correctness.
- Troubleshoot failure modes and provide clear, rubric-based feedback.
- Review and improve AI model performance by ensuring production-readiness of tasks.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years hands-on production Kubernetes experience (EKS/GKE/AKS or self-managed).
- Deep understanding of cluster internals: CNI/DNS/ingress, PV/PVC storage, RBAC, and failure modes (CrashLoopBackOff, OOMKilled, scheduling/eviction).
- Experience authoring and reviewing manifests / Helm charts and debugging live cluster incidents.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
Preferred
- CKA / CKAD certification.
- Service-mesh, autoscaling, and observability experience (Istio, HPA, Prometheus/Grafana).
- Prior SRE / platform-engineering or task-grading experience.
