职位描述：

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform incoming inspection for the Southeast Asia plant, including sorting, rework/repair, and disposition of nonconforming incoming materials.

2. Respond quickly to in-line/vehicle-level incoming material issues reported by the Southeast Asia plant: confirm issues on site, record information, conduct 3. preliminary analysis, communicate with production line supervisors/team leaders, and implement temporary containment actions.

4. Assist SQE with disassembly, rework/repair, and root-cause analysis of nonconforming parts.

5. Compile and summarize statistics on incoming issues, plant quality issues, and labor hours; maintain efficient communication and collaboration with SQE.

【岗位职责】

1. 负责东南亚工厂来料检查、以及来料问题的挑选、返修、不合格判定等；

2. 负责快速应对东南亚工厂反馈的在线/整车来料问题，负责现场问题确认，信息记录，质量问题初步解析，以及与生产线班组长沟通并采取临时措施；

3. 负责协助SQE对问题零件进行拆解，返修，原因分析； 负责来料问题，工厂质量问题，工时等统计汇总，与SQE保持高效沟通与协同；

职位要求：

Qualifications

1. Experience in incoming inspection and on-site quality issue handling; able to carry out incoming inspection according to specifications.

2. Basic quality control awareness; familiar with QC tools; understands 8D principles and can effectively handle the first 3D activities for quality issues.

3. Skilled in parts sorting, rework/repair, and disassembly; ability to perform electrical continuity checks and inspect/repair wiring harness/terminal faults is a plus.

4. Strong communication and coordination skills; able to use either Malay + Chinese or English + Chinese as working languages (spoken communication required).

1. 有来料检查及现场质量问题对应经验，能按照规格要求开展来料检查工作;

2. 具备基础质量管控意识，熟悉QC工具，理解8D原则，能有效处理质量问题前3D工作；

3. 具有较为熟练的零件挑选、返修、拆解技能，具备电器类零件通断/线束端子类故障检查和返修能力更佳；

4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，具备马来语和中文，或者英文和中文口语沟通能力，能作为工作语言。
