Product Manager - B2B (Mandarin Speaker)

We are looking for Product Managers that will collaborate with teams across divisions to deeply understand their opportunities and challenges, and together with designers and engineers create high impact solutions to our products. In this particular role, you will be assigned to the B2B team, working closely with corporate partners and merchants to build features that drive growth on Kredivo's B2B side. The shortlisted candidates will be the ones that can connect the dots between individual stakeholder needs to craft Kredivo's internal product strategy.

About The Role

• Build and improve products that support Kredivo's B2B partners and merchants
• Build relationships with departments across Kredivo including operations, finance, sales and marketing
• Set the product strategy, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers and designers to ship high-quality experiences to B2B stakeholders
• Drive data-informed decisions by integrating user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback into product requirements, ensuring products satisfy user needs
• Lead exploratory investigations to identify opportunities with new teams and develop hypotheses into concrete projects

About You

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a product manager and / or project manager in a startup environment
• Solid technical background in SQL query with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
• Extremely strong communication skills, comfortable communicating in both English and Mandarin
• Ability to develop product and marketing strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong intuition for user behavior
• Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution
