In this role, you will also be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from writing detailed requirements and mapping complex user flows to conducting A/B experiments and managing feature launches. In addition, you will be responsible for cross-functional alignment, working closely with UX design, engineering, data analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution and measurable business outcomes.
About The Job
- Hypothesis & Experimentation: Formulate data-backed hypotheses, design and execute A/B tests, and evaluate MVPs using the appropriate methodologies to validate user value propositions and refine product features.
- Product Strategy & Decision-Making: Make data-driven feature decisions aligned with customer needs, business goals, and revenue/cost implications; evaluate trade-offs to prioritize initiatives with the highest business impact.
- Product Analytics & Tracking: Partner with Product Analytics to build feature-level tracking and dashboards, present aligned performance metrics in regular cadences, and use analytics to continuously identify improvement opportunities.
- Documentation & Flow Design: Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and map out comprehensive user flow diagrams handling complex scenarios, multiple user paths, decision points, and edge cases.
- UX & Design Collaboration: Guide the UX design process to balance user experience, technical constraints, and business outcomes; review prototypes and provide actionable feedback.
- Technical Alignment: Understand product technical architecture and trade-offs presented by engineering, supporting informed decisions on feature feasibility and implementation.
- Delivery & Stakeholder Management: Lead end-to-end feature launches, manage project timelines and risks, align stakeholder expectations, resolve deadlocks, and independently prioritize the product bug backlog based on severity, frequency, and business value.
- Experience & Technical Skill: 3–5 years of hands-on product management experience, with a track record of owning end-to-end feature lifecycles, writing clear PRDs, and mapping edge-case user flows.
- Data-Driven Execution: Proven capability to design A/B experiments, analyze product analytics, and make independent prioritization decisions based on user data and business metrics.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Alignment: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product rationales, align cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Analytics), and navigate deadlocks or blockers with minimal supervision.
- Domain & Process Discipline: Strong understanding of consumer tech (FinTech background preferred), technical architecture trade-offs, and adherence to product development processes and SOPs.
