Responsibilities:
- Supervise quality assurance processes, systems, and documentation.
- Monitor Quality Management System (QMS) compliance and audit activities.
- Investigate product defects, non-conformities, and customer complaints.
- Lead corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.
- Coordinate quality improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
- Manage supplier quality activities, audits, and performance reviews.
- Support new product and process development from a quality perspective.
- Coach and develop the QA team to achieve quality objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within a manufacturing environment, with team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of QMS, internal audits, quality tools, root cause analysis, and customer complaint handling.
- Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in plastic manufacturing is preferred; experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
