You support our team as

Production Planner (f/m/d) 24-Month Fixed-Term

Responsibilities

• Review and management of sales and production forecasts (short-, medium-, and long-term), including promotions, product launches, and delistings
• Planning of inventory and tracking of shipments to ensure product availability
• Coordination between internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Production, Purchasing) and external partners (suppliers, logistics, customs)
• Maintaining planning master data in ERP and planning tools, as well as preparing data for reports and meetings
• Responsibility for relevant KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory levels) and continuous process improvement throughout the supply chain

Qualifications

• Degree (Economics/Logistics) or business/technical training
• At least 5 years of experience in SCM roles and at least 2 years of experience in demand planning and scheduling
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems (ideally SAP and Sage B7) as well as very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good German and English skills
• Structured, analytical, and statistically-based problem-solving
