Job Responsibilities

Credit Funds (primary focus):

  • Support the structuring, launch, and registration of credit funds and other debt investment

vehicles, in coordination with legal, compliance and the CMA

  • Assist in preparing fund documentation, including terms & conditions, investor

presentations and other marketing documents for credit funds

  • Conduct credit analysis and due diligence on prospective fund opportunities including

financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and collateral assessment

  • Monitor the ongoing performance of credit funds and underlying loan portfolios, including

covenant compliance, repayment schedules, and early warning indicators

  • Prepare periodic credit fund performance reports, valuation updates, and investor

reporting packages

  • Support the structuring of credit facilities and terms (pricing, covenants, security

packages) for funds

  • Support fundraising efforts for credit funds, including preparation of pitch materials

and coordination with prospective investors

  • Liaise with external parties including auditors, fund administrators, custodians, legal

counsel, and rating agencies

  • Assist with regulatory filings and approvals related to fund launches, including CMA

licensing and registration requirements

  • Coordinate with the investment committee and senior management on credit approvals and

portfolio decisions

  • Track market developments, credit trends, and regulatory changes relevant to the private

credit sector in Saudi Arabia

Sukuk Issuances (secondary Support)

  • Provide secondary support to the credit advisory team on sukuk issuance mandates, on an

as-needed basis alongside the primary credit funds workload

  • Assist with issuer due diligence, financial analysis, and preparation of information

memoranda and offering documents for sukuk transactions

  • Support coordination with legal counsel, arrangers, rating agencies, and the CMA on

sukuk structuring and regulatory approvals

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's or similar degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or any related

field; CFA or similar professional qualification is a plus

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, private credit/debt investing,

corporate banking, or credit advisory

  • Strong credit analysis and financial modeling skills, with a solid understanding of loan

structuring and credit documentation

  • Familiarity with debt fund structures and the CMA regulatory framework in Saudi Arabia is

  • Superior business ethics and ability to excel within a highly professional and

intellectually challenging work environment

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Preferably passed CME1 and CME4
