Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technology Architect with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM/AIM), Architectural Design, Design Review, and Architecture Planning. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in architecture design, architecture review, identity management solutions, and Azure-based security and identity services.

The Technology Architect will play a key role in leading architecture reviews, driving architectural decisions, and shaping solution strategies for enterprise clients. This role requires strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and hands-on technical expertise across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Azure identity and security services.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and architecture review sessions.
• Provide architectural guidance and architectural decision-making support.
• Design and implement IAM/IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra and Active Directory.
• Develop architecture plans aligned with business and security requirements.
• Conduct design reviews and recommend scalable architecture solutions.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders on architecture strategy and architecture governance.
• Analyse business and technical requirements to recommend the best architectural approach.
• Support enterprise identity management and cloud security initiatives.
• Ensure architecture standards, architecture governance, and best practices are followed.
• Drive hands-on technical discussions across identity management and security architecture.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Technology Architecture.
• Strong experience in Identity Management and Security Architecture.
• Proven expertise in Architecture Design, Design Review, and Architecture Planning.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Azure Identity Services.
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise clients and stakeholders.
