Receptionist, Oslo Headquarters

We are looking for a service-minded, proactive, and organized Receptionist to join our Administration team at Helly Hansen's headquarters in Vika, Oslo.

As the face of our Oslo office, you will be the first point of contact for employees, customers, partners, and visitors. Our headquarters is a vibrant workplace with approximately 250 employees and serves as an important meeting place for colleagues from around the world, as well as our B2B customers and business partners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and shares our passion for the outdoors. You are solution-oriented, hands-on, and motivated by making everyday operations run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

As our Receptionist, you will be at the heart of our Oslo headquarters, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient workplace for employees, customers, and visitors.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing reception services, visitor access, and telephone inquiries
  • Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and administrative support for employees
  • Supporting office operations, including office supplies, catering, mail and shipments
  • Maintaining a welcoming and well-functioning office environment in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with events, sample sales, and other activities at headquarters
  • Supporting various administrative processes, systems, and ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for someone who combines excellent administrative skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.

You Bring

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills and strong general digital competence
  • Relevant experience in administration, reception, office coordination, or customer service
  • A bachelor's degree is an advantage, but not required
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and efficient way
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
