Freelance Project Manager | Industrial Construction | Germany

I’m working with a leading engineering and construction company delivering major industrial and infrastructure projects across Germany.

Industry: Industrial / Infrastructure Construction

Location: Germany

Duration: 12 Months

Start Date: ASAP / Flexible

Rate: DOE

Language: German and English

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and commercial performance
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
• Drive project planning, procurement, risk management, and project reporting activities
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex industrial or infrastructure projects
• Strong EPC/EPCM project delivery experience
• Project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Budget management, cost control, forecasting, and CAPEX project delivery
• Contract management, stakeholder management, and subcontractor coordination experience

Desirable:

• Experience within pharmaceutical, semiconductor, data centre, energy, or manufacturing projects
• PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or equivalent Project Management certification
• Lean Construction and/or Lean Six Sigma experience
• Previous experience delivering projects in Germany
• German language skills
