Senior Consultant in Business Consulting (Government & Public Sector)

We are hiring a Senior Consultant in Consulting (Government & Public Sector) in Tashkent to join our growing team and support large-scale transformation and development projects across the public sector.

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with government entities, public institutions, and development organizations on projects related to business transformation, organizational development, operating model design, and strategic initiatives. You will contribute to project delivery, client communication, business analysis, and development of practical solutions that help clients achieve sustainable results.

What will you do:

• Lead analytical, research, and business analysis workstreams within consulting and transformation projects
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and data analysis to support client engagements
• Develop recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and operating model improvements
• Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for senior stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with clients and project stakeholders
• Coordinate project activities and support high-quality project delivery
• Guide and support junior team members within project teams

What we look for:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Policy, Management, or related fields
• 3-6 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, strategy, project management, or public sector projects
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
