Key function
- Determines the financial policy of the company, develops and implements measures to ensure its financial stability, manages financial management based on the strategic goals and development prospects of the company, is guided by local legislation and corporate rules and regulations.
- Determines sources of financing, ensures control over compliance with financial discipline, the condition, movement and intended use of financial resources, timely and complete fulfillment of contractual obligations and receipt of income, the procedure for registering financial and business transactions, and cash discipline.
- Takes measures to ensure the solvency of the company, carries out operational control of cash flows.
- Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of the company's financial activities, financial risks, and develops measures to minimize them.
- Heads the work on developing the organization’s tax policy, tax planning and tax optimization, improving accounting policies, and fulfilling tax obligations
- Prepares financial statements in IFRS format, management reporting, analytical reporting for consolidation purposes, other corporate reporting, follows corporate regulations on the timing of reporting preparation.
- Participates in the discussion of sales plans, prepares proposals to increase business profitability and reduce costs.
Qualification and skills
- Knowledge of 1C8, Excel
- Higher financial or economic education
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Experience as a financial director or financial controller
- Experience in retail chains and international companies is preferred
- Fluent in Russian and Uzbek languages. English - preferable
