Audit Senior

We are looking for an Audit Senior to join our Audit team in Tashkent.

As an Audit Senior, you will work with leading clients across different industries, participate in complex audit engagements, and play an active role in developing junior team members. What will you do:

• Participate in and lead audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Review financial statements and assess compliance with IFRS and other applicable standards
• Identify audit risks and perform audit procedures in line with EY methodology
• Analyze financial information, business processes, and internal controls
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and engagement teams
• Support, coach, and review the work of junior team members
• Work closely with managers and partners to deliver high-quality client service

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• ACCA, CPA, or another professional qualification completed or in progress
• 3-6 years of experience in audit, accounting, or financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
• Previous experience in a Big Four environment will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
