Projects
Puente Talent Partners connects top Latin American professionals with growing US companies. This role is for one of our US clients, and you would be joining their team directly while being supported by Puente through the hiring process. The client is a startup or mid-market US company growing faster than its processes. They need an operator who can run the day-to-day, keep things on track, and remove manual load with AI, not against it. This is hands-on ownership of an operational area, not a chief-of-staff seat. You will join a small, fast-moving team where you own existing processes, projects, and reporting, and build automations to take the manual load off the team. You are the person who keeps the trains on time. This role fits a reliable operator who owns outcomes within a defined area, and who can manage a small team executing the day-to-day where the role calls for it.About the Role
