Fibre Optic Field Service Technician

As the JDR Cable Systems Services team in Newcastle continues to expand following the successful award of major contracts, we’re looking for experienced professionals to join us on exciting, high-profile projects.

We are currently recruiting for Fibre Optic Technicians on a 12-Month Fixed Term basis to support our growing operations team.

Ideally, candidates will have:

• Experience in fibre optic termination and testing

• Previous offshore project experience

• A good understanding of offshore cable operations

• Valid offshore certification (GWO, Offshore Medical incl. Chester Step)

• A valid passport

• A proactive approach to safety and teamwork in offshore environments.
