Would you like to use your specialist advice skills to transform the lives of vulnerable people facing the pressures of debt and other issues? As a Money & Mental Health Project Caseworker, you will become a consistent and trusted point of contact, taking time to understand each client’s circumstances and providing practical support for as long as needed to reach a sustainable outcome.

Alongside specialist debt and welfare benefits advice, you will look at the whole picture:

• maximising income, improving financial capability, advocating with creditors and agencies, and connecting clients with wider support.
• Please note experience of providing debt or welfare benefits advice at a casework level is essential

This is an opportunity to combine technical expertise with compassion, persistence and creativity. Your work will ease immediate pressure, help clients regain control of their finances and give people the stability and confidence to move forward.
