As a Money & Mental Health Project Caseworker, you will become a consistent and trusted point of contact, taking time to understand each client’s circumstances and providing practical support for as long as needed to reach a sustainable outcome.
Alongside specialist debt and welfare benefits advice, you will look at the whole picture:
- maximising income, improving financial capability, advocating with creditors and agencies, and connecting clients with wider support.
- Please note experience of providing debt or welfare benefits advice at a casework level is essential
