- GTM Strategy & Execution: Define, track, and report on key leading and lagging performance indicators for the RevOps and broader GTM organizations.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Own and manage the deployment of interactive dashboards, documentation of data definitions, and overall reporting infrastructure to ensure a single source of truth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with other business units (such as Finance) to support data requests, align key metrics, and streamline cross-functional workflows.
- Insight Delivery: Translate intricate data findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant professional work experience in data analysis, data science, or revenue operations.
- Domain Expertise: Proven experience working directly within a RevOps or GTM function (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success operations).
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience building sophisticated data models, managing data definitions, and maintaining BI infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with modern forecasting and revenue analytics tools (e.g., Clari, Databricks).
- Familiarity with leveraging AI technologies and machine learning tools for predictive data analysis.
- Strong SQL skills and experience managing enterprise BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
