What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls (front-desk style, not a call center) , approximately 25–50 calls per day, with quick interactions averaging 3–5 calls per hour, similar to a busy doctor’s office.
• Managing administrative and operational tasks
• Supporting clients and internal teams
• Handling calendars, follow-ups, inboxes, and coordination
• Working across CRMs, spreadsheets, and multiple platforms
• Keeping processes organized and running smoothly
