R&D Engineer (Medical Devices)

We are a Polish medtech startup with a young, dynamic and ambitious team. We are developing a blood collection device and looking for someone who wants to join us in building this technology.

What you’ll do

• Contribute to device design — from early concepts through development and testing
• Work on engineering challenges related to device mechanics and performance
• Support product development and testing activities
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the project

Who we’re looking for

• Experience in engineering and hands-on product development
• Understanding that in a startup you work across multiple areas
• Self-direction and willingness to own your scope
