POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Representative

Summary

Columbia Container in Baltimore, MD is searching for an energetic and organized Customer Service Representative to join its fast-growing business. Experience with corrugated, foam products, packaging materials and shipping supplies would be helpful but not necessary. The successful candidate will manage customer accounts, interact with sales representatives and suppliers on a daily basis.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain Receivables Accounts
• Maintain Payables Accounts
• Inbound and Outbound Phone calls
• Administration duties – Email, Mailing, Filing, etc.
• Sales Order Entry
• Purchase Order Entry
• Expediting Orders
• Maintain inventory levels: Minimums and Maximums
• Problem Solve: Customer and internal issues
• Ability to Multi Task
