About The Role

This is the first dedicated GTM hire at a fast-growing, Y Combinator–backed enterprise AI startup building agents that automate complex system implementations and migrations. You'll report directly to the CEO, own the entire top-of-funnel, and have a clear path toward full-cycle sales and eventually building a team around you. The role exists because inbound is outpacing what one founder can handle — and the pitch works.

What You'll Do

  • Define the ICP, build targeting lists, and launch outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn to fill the calendar with qualified demos.
  • Design and wire together the GTM stack — CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and routing — so outbound compounds rather than depending on individual heroics.
  • Do the hands-on work too: cold calls, conference floors, and whatever else produces meetings this week.
  • Run early-stage marketing including content, product launches, and engagement with a developer and open-source community.
  • Run your own discovery and demo calls, not just book them — with a path to owning full-cycle deals as the motion matures.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in a GTM role (SDR, BDR, AE, growth, or GTM engineering) at a startup or high-growth B2B company.
  • A pipeline you personally built, with quantifiable results — not just team support or campaign assistance.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to or engaging technical buyers such as CTOs, engineering leaders, or IT decision-makers.
  • Hands-on proficiency with GTM automation and CRM tooling (e.g. Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, n8n, or equivalents).
  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
  • Background in technical product sales or marketing — enterprise software, APIs, infrastructure, or data platforms.
  • Comfort defining ICP and building GTM systems from scratch in an early, scrappy environment.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data platforms) is a plus.
  • Experience with developer community building or open-source marketing is a plus.
