- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare informatics, or a closely related field or 6 years of related work experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting complex applications to include design, installation and configuration, upgrades, maintenance, and problem resolution to ensure business continuity, failover, and high availability.
- Electronic health record certification or equivalent vendor administered course work of 60 or more hours.
- Experience with coding languages such as CCL, HTML, VB, Javascript, and RTF.
- Experience with an ITSM tool.
- Experience leveraging Agile and/or lean methodologies and principles.
- Experience supporting application interfaces, systems processes, and connected devices.
- Experience in coordinating project/enhancement efforts to deliver on time and on budget.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation business practices.
- Experience in healthcare, including behavioral health.
- Experience with Oracle Health Millennium platform.
- Experience with project management.
- Successful completion of Cerner Millennium: Fundamentals.
- Successful completion of Cerner Millennium: Architecture, Troubleshooting, and Issue Management.
- Successful completion of Cerner: Discern Explorer 1 WBT.
