On behalf of a Fashion Luxury Brand, we are now looking for a:

Area Manager Eastern Europe & CIS

Main Responsibilities:

• Leads sales process for all areas, with main objective to grow the business in the territories enlisted;
• Oversees regional sales, promotions and campaigns to achieve seasonal and mid-term growth objectives;
• Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally for the areas of responsibility, managing the Eastern Europe - CIS and the seasonal sales associates in showroom;
• Preparing sales budgets and projections for all territories managed;
• Tracking and analysing sales statistics historically, seasonally and during the sales campaigns;
• Participates with Commercial Director – Agencies, Sud Europe, MEA e Far East in setting sales strategies to grow the business;
• Enforces adherence to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures;
• Brand Ambassador of the organization to internal and external partners;
• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities;
• Attendance at key internal meetings with other departments (product, merchandising, marketing, customer service, production, e-commerce) to ensure Sales participation in key processes.

Requirements:

• Advanced sales and customer service skills;
• Ability to analyse consumer data to optimize sales efforts;
• Knowledge of trends and regulations in their specific industry;
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members;
• Financial acumen and advanced analytical skills;
• Able to work with other department heads;
• Russian speaking is a must.
