You will lead instrumentation projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to global standardization efforts across laboratory systems and processes.
This role will be based in Broadmeadows and is a fixed term contract until August 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support instrument qualification and validation projects
- Manage instrument lifecycle (maintenance, calibration, system reviews)
- Troubleshoot complex instrumentation and lab system
- Support and enhance lab automation systems (LIMS / LES)
- Drive continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, quality, and data integrity requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (QA, Engineering, IT)
- Provide technical support, training, and SME expertise
- 2–5 years’ experience in cGMP Quality
- Experience in instrument validation and lifecycle
- Exposure to laboratory systems (e.g. LIMS, automation platforms)
- Strong problem-solving and investigation skills
- Knowledge of GLP, method validation, and quality systems
