This role is responsible for resolving complex incidents, supporting frontline staff, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure ICT services support safe and effective care delivery.
Your main duties will include:
- Support a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Minimise disruption to clinical and operational services
- Handle complex and high-impact calls
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives
- Build strong relationships with site staff
- Provide guidance and support for others within Service Delivery
- Participate in on-call roster and provide support for critical incidents
- Work in accordance with the mission and vision of Calvary and actively participate in developing a culture that promotes Calvary’s
- values of healing, hospitality, stewardship, and respect.
- Will involve after hours support from time to time
- Demonstrated experience in ICT support within complex environments
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage escalated incidents
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Have access to a car and valid current drivers license
