Full-time job --- Work from home --- 1 month training provided in the office

Working hours: 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, 40 hours a week

Currently we are on the search for a full-time Afterhours Logistics Specialist to join the team!

Key responsibilities:

• Booking orders with carriers;
• Identifying and selecting reputable and safe carriers for freight services;
• Assisting in preparing carriers for loads;
• Tracking status of loads;
• Collaborating with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled freight;
• Keeping accurate records of relevant activities;
• Updating customers on the status of shipments, and assisting with other inquiries.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the transportation industry as a dispatcher or a logistics specialist/ freight brokerage;
• Excellent English speaking skills (writing, speaking, listening);
• Excellent communication and analytical skills;
• Excellent problem-solving abilities;
• Proficient negotiating skills;
• Excellent knowledge of Google Docs.
