Junior Customer Support Representative (1 Year Maternity Cover Contract)

We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Representative starting in October 2026.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Provide fast and accurate customer support
• Respond to customer requests and queries via email and live chat
• Proactively solve issues and assist by following our operational processes
• Communication with our partners
• Following and informing about new features and updates in the T&C

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge and experience in the iGaming and sports betting industry will be considered an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work in shifts/weekends/holidays
