We are looking for an experienced Machinery Safety, Ergonomics & Industrial Hygiene Coordinator to lead the implementation of machine safety standards, ergonomic initiatives, and industrial hygiene programs within a world-class manufacturing environment.


This is a leadership position responsible for ensuring legal compliance, protecting our employees, and driving safe manufacturing practices across the plant. The role partners closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and EHS to guarantee that safety is built into every stage of our operations.


🧩 Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the Machinery Safety & Ergonomics team and provide technical guidance across the organization.
  • Coordinate machine risk assessments in accordance with international ISO standards.
  • Approve machinery safety and ergonomic requirements before commissioning new equipment or production line modifications.
  • Lead projects related to the installation, modification, maintenance, and validation of manufacturing equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate standards regarding machinery safety, ergonomics, and industrial hygiene.
  • Identify and implement actions to reduce machinery and ergonomic risks.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support operational excellence and accident prevention.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives focused on workplace safety and employee well-being.


🎓 Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in machinery safety, ergonomics, or industrial safety within a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced English (daily interaction with global teams).
  • Experience leading technical projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of machine risk assessments based on international standards.
  • Experience with machinery installation, maintenance, or equipment validation projects.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Hygiene is considered a strong advantage.
