Short description of the work field:

We are expanding our OE Sales team in Amsterdam and are seeking an OE Key Account Manager to join our commercial organization. In this role, you’ll manage and grow key OEM accounts, with a strategic importance to Apollo Tyres globally, through proactive commercial strategies and relationship building. You will handle account planning, pricing, negotiations, and forecasting for strategic OE accounts with a significant growth potentially globally.

This position reports directly to the Divisional Head OE Sales.


What will be your role in more detail?

  • Manage day-to-day operations of major and strategic OEM key accounts
  • Prepare commercial offers and support price negotiations
  • Forecast volumes and sales
  • Collaborate with logistics, planning, and supply chain to ensure delivery
  • Monitor product development progress, timeline achievement, customer satisfaction and lead improvement initiatives
  • Analyze performance and prepare account reviews

With solid market understanding and a sharp eye for risk, you manage key accounts confidently and protect the business from potential OEM penalties.

Strong English skills are essential; German proficiency is a major asset.


Do you have what it takes? (requirements)

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience as a KAM (or similar) in automotive or industrial sectors
  • Experience with OEMs is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to use data for decision-making
  • Ability to influence without authority
