- Salary Information Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Hourly Range: $34.44 to $51.67
- Provide CHCO Staff and Providers with AHA PALS, ACLS, and BLS certification courses, including AHA Instructor courses, in accordance with the AHA guidelines.
- Provide CHCO staff and Providers with any additional Life Support educational courses in related area of resuscitation.
- Coordinate, manage, and schedule course, manage registrations, and manage instructor assignments for AHA Courses
- Manage, maintain, and update Life support equipment and supplies, keeps equipment and supplies in good working order
- Provide AHA Instructor Training and support with monitoring for AHA Instructor renewals
- Manage and support CHCO RQI system administrator
- Manage, schedule, and arrange TNCC/ENPC courses with outside provider
- Invoice providers and external students for courses
- Degrees
- Associate’s degree in a healthcare-related field
- Experience
- Five (5) years of experience directly providing healthcare in a Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapy, Emergency Medicine Technician, or Paramedic role.
- One (1) year of experience as an AHA instructor.
- Licenses & Certifications
- Current license appropriate to the applicable healthcare role
- BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association (AHA) with at least 6 months left before expiration is required upon hire.
- Current Colorado Driver’s License with good driving record
- ACLS or PALS Instructor certification
