Full-Time, Live-In Dual Role

At Dream Catchers Academy, we are seeking an exceptional female role model for a position. You will drive academic excellence as a classroom tutor during the day, and serve as a structural mentor and pastoral anchor in our girls’ boarding home during evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, STEM, or Humanities.
• Experience: 4+ years of verified teaching, tutoring, or youth mentoring experience (boarding or girls’ school background is a plus).
• Passion for the nonprofit’s mission and commitment to making a positive impact
• A high-energy professional who loves the creative arts, balances warm mentorship with firm boundaries, and is excited about a live-in community lifestyle.
