About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing across a complex application landscape. You will work with international Agile teams and customer stakeholders, ensuring high-quality delivery through effective test strategies, hands-on testing, risk management, and continuous improvement.
The role also offers the opportunity to drive test automation and introduce AI-supported approaches to test definition and execution, while supporting the modernization of enterprise applications towards cloud-native and Kubernetes-based environments.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end test management and test execution for User Story Acceptance tests across all applications and teams.
- Define and execute risk-based test strategies and meaningful test sets in an Agile/Scrum environment with SAFe elements.
- Take responsibility for the complete testing chain, from unit testing through integration, system, end-to-end, and customer acceptance testing.
- Perform hands-on testing and support defect analysis and resolution.
- Drive the introduction and expansion of test automation.
- Manage testing risks, quality reporting, and stakeholder communication across internal and customer teams.
- Introduction and usage AI supported test definition and test execution.
- Proven experience as a Test Manager in complex multi-application environments.
- Strong hands-on testing capabilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and ideally SAFe.
- Strong stakeholder and risk management skills.
- Experience with Java / Angular enterprise applications and AWS/Kubernetes environments is an advantage.
- Optional: Test automation capabilities using modern frameworks like Playwright or similar
- Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
- Salary range: €3000 - €5500 (GROSS) / month.
