About Us: We help e-commerce businesses manage and mitigate chargebacks. We are looking for someone who loves working with data, notices patterns, has strong Excel skills, and can maintain structure in daily operations. This position is a great fit for entry-level specialists as well - what matters most is your willingness to learn and strong Excel foundations!

📋 What Your Day Will Look Like

• Analyze Data: Review operational data using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Monitor Account Health: Check clients' payment processor accounts and track overall account status.
• Track Alerts: Monitor incoming alert volumes (Ethoca/Verifi) to ensure they match transaction flows.
• Analyze Chargebacks: Investigate why chargebacks occur, ensure workflows are running smoothly, and identify optimization opportunities.
• System Testing: Check and test alert system configurations to guarantee proper setup.
