Derflan is seeking a Recruiter II to support a high-impact consulting engagement within a global cloud technology recruiting organization.
This is an onsite role based in Seattle, WA. Candidates must be local or open to working onsite five days per week.
This role is focused on driving candidate generation strategies in partnership with hiring teams and recruiting peers. It is a high-visibility position centered on engaging top technical talent and building strong pipelines in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Annual Base Salary: $94,392 + full benefits
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with hiring teams to build effective candidate generation, assessment, and closing strategies
• Recruit passive candidates and assess candidate fit and motivation
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive market research and relationship management
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and present qualified candidate slates within defined timelines
• Collaborate closely with recruiting partners and hiring teams to align on expectations and hiring goals
• Manage multiple concurrent requisitions (typically 12–15 roles)
• Track pipeline activity and adjust approach based on performance metrics
Basic Qualifications
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience
• Strong Boolean search experience
• Experience with reporting and pipeline tracking
• Strong written communication and administrative skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience recruiting for technical roles
• Experience within a corporate (in-house) recruiting environment
• Experience supporting high-growth or fast-paced teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Additional Details
