In this role, you will combine strong operational understanding with experience in process reviews, audits and quality assurance. You will help ensure that Member Service activities including sustainability-related processes are delivered accurately, consistently and in line with agreed standards, while continuously improving the farmer journey.

How You Will Make An Impact
You will take ownership of selected Member Service processes and connect operational delivery, sustainability requirements, quality assurance, controls and continuous improvement. You will monitor performance, identify risks and recurring issues, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, maintain audit readiness and use data to define practical improvement priorities. Working across operational teams and with Sustainability, Agriculture, IT and other stakeholders, you will help create clear responsibilities, reliable documentation and consistent ways of working across the wider Member Relations & Operations scope.
- Translate sustainability requirements into clear operational processes, responsibilities and ways of working, acting as an operational contact and supporting the implementation of new requirements and initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate and perform process reviews, controls and quality checks across selected Member Service and MROP processes; assess compliance with standards and identify risks, control gaps and quality issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis, coordinate corrective and preventive actions through to closure, and maintain audit readiness by ensuring that documentation, evidence and control records are complete and accessible.
- Use operational data, quality results and farmer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities, prepare clear management updates and turn findings into practical priorities that strengthen farmer touchpoints.
- Lead or contribute to service, quality and efficiency projects, partner with IT on system enhancements and rollouts, and facilitate training and best-practice sharing to build capability across teams.
What Will Make You Successful
In this role, you will help drive quality, controls, and continuous improvement across Member Service & Operations processes. We are looking for someone who combines a strong quality mindset with a practical approach to solving problems and collaborating with stakeholders across functions.
To succeed in this role, you have
- At least 3 years of experience in process audits, controls, quality assurance, process optimization, or operational improvement
- Experience identifying risks, quality gaps and improvement opportunities, including conducting root-cause analysis and driving corrective actions
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using data and digital tools to support decision-making
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree and fluency in English
- The ability to work effectively across functions and coordinate stakeholders to deliver sustainable improvements
Experience within sustainability-related operations, member support, agriculture, or dairy industry processes would be an advantage. Knowledge of Danish, Swedish, German, Dutch, or French would be considered a strong plus.
