Hydrotechnical Quality Engineer (QC Inspector)

You will supervise subcontractors, conduct site inspections, prepare quality documentation, and support inspection activities throughout all construction phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise QA/QC activities for hydrotechnical works and subcontractors
- Perform site inspections and witness construction activities (pile driving, alignment, installation)
- Prepare daily quality and progress reports
- Review and control inspection records, test results, and piling documentation
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow-up corrective actions
- Support Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), QA/QC documentation, and project handover dossiers
- Coordinate with client representatives, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in offshore or infrastructure projects
- Experience in QA/QC and subcontractor coordination
- Strong knowledge of ITPs, QA/QC procedures, and hydrotechnical works
- Experience in piling and marine construction projects (strong advantage)
- Good proficiency in MS Office and documentation management
- Fluency in English and Polish
- ISO 9001 knowledge or internal auditor certification
