We're Hiring: Senior Ecommerce Affiliate Marketing (Fintech)!

Are you ready to take charge of scaling online growth across leading marketplaces in Malaysia and Singapore? A fast-growing fintech company is looking for a performance & data driven growth marketing who can blend performance marketing, campaign strategy, and affiliate partnerships into one powerful engine for e‑commerce success.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage marketplace advertising and other paid channels, optimising campaigns to boost traffic, orders, and ROAS.
• Build acquisition plans for major campaigns, identify winning SKUs, and reallocate budgets based on performance insights.
• Recruit and manage affiliates and creators, design commission structures, and grow GMV through partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing team to translate performance data into actionable content direction for social commerce initiatives.
• Track KPIs like CTR, CVR, GMV, CAC, and profitability, ensuring every decision is backed by data.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar marketplace environments
• Proven track record in paid ads, affiliate marketing, and campaign optimisation
• Strong analytical skills (GA4, BI tools, SQL a plus)
• Commercial acumen with deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV
• Background in B2B, SaaS, POS, or consumer electronics is an advantage!
