Sr Advanced Quality Engineer

As a Sr Advanced Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality excellence through advanced methodologies and innovative solutions. You will lead initiatives to enhance product quality, implement sophisticated quality control processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the highest standards are met. In this role, you will impact the overall quality performance of our products by developing and executing advanced quality strategies, mentoring team members, and driving data-driven decision-making that supports operational excellence and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute advanced quality engineering initiatives to improve product reliability and performance.
• Develop and implement data-driven quality control processes and continuous improvement plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for complex quality issues.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing or advanced materials industries.
• Strong expertise in quality control methodologies, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and quality management software to analyze complex data and drive improvements.
• Experience with advanced quality tools such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Design of Experiments (DOE).

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in advanced materials or chemical manufacturing sectors.
• Certification in quality management such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements relevant to advanced materials.
