Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute advanced quality engineering initiatives to improve product reliability and performance.
- Develop and implement data-driven quality control processes and continuous improvement plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for complex quality issues.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing or advanced materials industries.
- Strong expertise in quality control methodologies, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and quality management software to analyze complex data and drive improvements.
- Experience with advanced quality tools such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Experience in advanced materials or chemical manufacturing sectors.
- Certification in quality management such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements relevant to advanced materials.
