SPK Manager

Responsibilities

· Ensure compliance with Capital Markets Board (SPK) regulations and applicable legislation.

· Prepare and review regulatory filings, financial disclosures, and public announcements.

· Coordinate reporting processes with finance, legal, investor relations, and external auditors.

· Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the company.

· Manage public disclosure requirements and ensure timely submissions.

· Support corporate governance practices and board committee reporting.

· Liaise with SPK, Borsa İstanbul, independent auditors, and other regulatory authorities.

· Participate in capital market transactions, including IPOs, bond issuances, capital increases, and other financing projects when applicable.

· Develop and improve internal policies, procedures, and compliance controls.

· Provide guidance to senior management regarding regulatory requirements and compliance risks.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in SPK reporting, capital markets, audit, regulatory compliance, or financial reporting.

· Strong knowledge of Turkish Capital Markets legislation, SPK regulations, and corporate governance principles.

· Experience working with publicly listed companies is highly preferred.

· Familiarity with IFRS/TFRS and financial reporting standards.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

· Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
