What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing Buyer Risk Management processes across group companies, conducting needs analyses, and creating workflows,
• Identifying credit insurance needs of the group companies, negotiating their policies, and actively managing the portfolio,
• To regularly monitor consolidated group receivables, to report risks of delay, default ratio, and risk concentration,
• Analyzing the creditworthiness of clients in affiliated companies, recommending credit limit and maturity date,
• To standardize and contribute to the improvement of Credit and Risk processes in coordination with group companies,
• To provide weekly, monthly, and annual reports to senior management on the activities of Credit and Risk Management

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (MBA or a master’s degree in finance is a plus),
• Minimum 8 years of experience in credit and risk management, preferably in large-scale companies or holding structures,
• Experienced in receivables insurance, credit limit management, and debtor analysis,
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills,
• Preferably experienced with SAP or similar ERP systems,
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written),
• High competence in strategical and analytical thinking,
• Strong leadership, team management and communication skills,
