We’re looking for passionate professionals to join our team at SHEIN Marketplace in Turkey! The marketplace is a dynamic platform that connects local sellers with consumers, offering a wide variety of products.

POSITION SUMMARY

Account Manager: Manages and nurtures relationships with sellers, ensuring their success and satisfaction within the marketplace platform.

Buyer: Identifies and selects products and brands that align with customer demand and marketplace trends, helping to drive assortment growth and sales performance.

Merchandiser: Manages product assortment and performance, using market insights and data to optimize product visibility, availability, and sales within the marketplace.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements may vary depending on the position. For our Turkey Marketplace team, we generally look for candidates with:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace businesses
• Strong sales aptitude and ambition to consistently exceed KPIs
• Logical and problem-solving mindset
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Advanced English or Chinese is a plus
