Responsibilities:

• Organize the identification development and delivery of sales and aftersales local trainning
• Build up sales and aftersales quality KPIs and create effective management sources
• Create effective cooperation with third parties for training and Quality scturtures
• Maintain training portal and developments
• Determine new cource modules in line with the needs of product launcments
• Prepare quailty procedures for sales and aftersales departments

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree or above in any field.
• Professional experience: minimum 5 years experience in automobile industry.
• Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability and execution ability; relationship establishment and maintenance capabilities.
• Strong ability to withstand pressure; strong subjective initiative, daring to innovate and break through.
• Language requirement: English as working language.
