Manual QA Engineer at BairesDev

As a Manual QA Engineer, you will ensure the highest quality standards for software products through meticulous manual validation and exploratory testing. You will be a key advocate for user experience, identifying edge cases and verifying that complex business logic aligns with functional requirements.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases tailored to complex business requirements.
• Conduct thorough exploratory testing to identify defects and usability issues beyond scripted scenarios.
• Perform detailed data validation and backend verification using SQL to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Validate API endpoints and integrations to confirm seamless communication between software components.
• Document and track software defects with precision, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolutions.
• Participate in requirement reviews to provide early feedback on testability and potential quality risks.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Manual Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Proven expertise in test case design, test plan creation, and bug tracking.
• Proficiency in exploratory testing techniques within complex business domains.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Strong background in manual API testing and verifying business logic.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
