Senior Manual & Automation QA Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Manual & Automation QA Engineer, you will ensure the quality and performance of our software applications. You will play a pivotal role in designing robust testing strategies, combining thorough hands-on verification with automated testing practices to support continuous delivery.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases based on system requirements.
• Perform structured manual, regression, and exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and defects.
• Validate API endpoints and user interfaces to guarantee functional reliability and a seamless user experience.
• Track, document, and manage defects, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to optimize coverage and integrate verification steps into CI/CD pipelines.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Proven expertise in test planning, creating detailed test cases, and manual, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with API and UI validation, along with defect tracking and clear documentation.
• Solid exposure to test automation and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
