Team Leader, Inbound & Outbound Quality Management

该职位来源于猎聘 Lead The Team To Manage Supplier Process Quality Control With Preventive Quality Methodology(PFMEA&Control Plan) And Continuous Improvement Of Supplier Quality, This Includes Supplier Process Qualiification, Material Qualification, Setup Inspection Plan/characteristic, Supplier Complaint Handling, Supplier Audit, Develop Supplier Per Global Supplier Quality Guidelines/ Strategy/processes, Ensuring Stable Quality Material Is Supplied. Main Tasks

• Lead and develop the Inbound&outbound quality team to manage the supplier quality per global supplier quality strategy/guidelines/processes
• Lead the team to manage supplier audits
• Work with procurement for new supplier qualification, development
• Lead the team to realize supplier quality control plan for key material category, ensuring sufficient material qualificiation
• Lead the team to work with procurement on supplier quality performance evaluation and improvement
• Lead the supplier quality improvement projects for profitup, ensuring stable quality is supplied
• Work with development, procurement on R&D project/new product quality
• Work with supply chain on change management at supplier side
• Other Tasks assigned by manager or global quality projects.
• Proactive working attitudes and willing to take challenges.
• Communication in English and coordination skills are required.
• Strong driven for good results, solution and continuous improvement
• Be sensitive/critical thinking to deviations/ potential risks and the ability to solve the problem
