Responsibilities

  • Month-end closing activities & Reporting
    • Participate in closing activities with assigned timelines
    • Maintain the General Ledger (GL) and verify transactions accuracy across departments
    • Monthly review of Net Sales, COGS, Operating Expenses, and Profit & Loss performance against last month, budget and previous estimates
    • Perform monthly balance sheet review
    • Collaborate with regional/outsourcing F&A team for related accounting matters and system upload
    • Others as assigned/required by business
  • Control and Compliance
    • Support Finance Manager to build, implement and maintain internal controls processes to achieve internal and external compliance status
  • Planning
    • Support providing data for annual budget and monthly estimates process
    • Good knowledge of the business environment and able to provide an independent evaluation of brands financial forecast, and assessment of financial risk or opportunities
    • Collaborate with regional/outsourcing FP&A team for system upload (SAP)
  • Business Development
    • Develop P&L simulation to support the opening of new counters/ launching new brands/ etc.
Requirements

  • Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with background in Financial Accounting
  • Experience working in Big4 or other audit firms is a plus
  • Hands-on experience in SAP and strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Power BI/ Power Query skill is a plus
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and respond well in a dynamic business environment
  • Fluent communication in English and Vietnamese
